ROPESTER Passenger Agreement

*You will be asked to sign a form with the following terms on the day of the ride.

    I agree to adhere to the following terms when riding the open-air gondola lift ROPESTER (hereinafter referred to as the "Gondola Lift") operated by Odakyu Hakone Co., Ltd.
    　
      The terms are as follows:
      　
      1. While riding, I will not engage in any actions that may interfere with the operation of the Hakone Ropeway Gondola Lift.
        　
      2. I agree to comply with the terms contained in the Safety Guidelines Before Boarding and During Operation.
        　
      3. I will cooperate with baggage inspections conducted by the attendant.
        　
      4. I will not bring any items other than valuables aboard the Gondola Lift.
        　
      5. I will arrange for the transportation of non-valuable baggage on the subsequent gondola lift if traveling one way, and I will not hold your company liable for any damage or loss that may occur. If taking a round-trip ride, I will store my belongings at my own expense in the lockers located at the station.
        　
      6. I will bear sole responsibility and expense for any loss or damage to my personal property, and I will not seek redress from your company.
        　
      7. Additionally, if I receive instructions from an organizer or accompanying tour guide, I will follow those instructions.
        　
      8. If I am riding with a child (elementary school age), an adult (junior high school age or older) will take responsibility for the supervision and support of the child. Furthermore, I understand that children of elementary school age will have a designated seat.
